What types of rental property loans are available?

We offer programs for single-property purchases, multi-property blanket loans, multifamily buildings, and short-term rentals. Each program has different LTV limits, credit minimums, and term structures. The quiz narrows these down based on your specific situation, but here's a quick overview:

Single property investors typically qualify for either a 30-year fixed DSCR loan (650+ credit, up to 80% LTV) or a single property investor loan (650+ credit, up to 80% LTV). If your property's cash flow is tight, the no-ratio DSCR program eliminates the income coverage requirement entirely.

Portfolio investors with multiple properties benefit from blanket loan structures that consolidate everything under a single note. And if you're buying an Airbnb or VRBO property, the short-term rental mortgage qualifies on actual platform revenue rather than traditional lease income.

Can I qualify without tax returns or income verification?

Yes. Every program we offer underwrites based on the property's cash flow, not your personal income. No tax returns, no W-2s, no employer verification, no personal debt-to-income calculations. Your credit score and the property's debt service coverage ratio (or LTV for no-ratio programs) determine qualification.
