Arbitration shall be conducted in Marion County, Indiana. Rental Home Financing is committed to fair lending practices in full compliance with the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. All credit decisions are based on legitimate underwriting criteria, including creditworthiness, property evaluation, DSCR ratios, and loan-to-value ratios. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, familial status, disability, receipt of public assistance, or the exercise of rights under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
Rental Home Financing is an Equal Housing Lender. Not all loan programs are available in all states. Loan products for investment and rental properties are business-purpose loans and may not be subject to certain consumer lending regulations, including TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) and Ability-to-Repay/Qualified Mortgage (ATR/QM) rules. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any litigation not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in federal or state courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rental Home Financing regarding your use of the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these Terms.
